Focus Reset
1:21Attention reset · clarity · return to task
A short seated reset for the moment attention has scattered. Not relaxation — a clean break before the next thing.
between tasks · mid-day · pre-study
A short seated reset, a long unwinding, a way back to sleep. Every track carries a voice over a soundtrack that steps back while it speaks — and an energy reading of what the sound actually does.
A plain description before you press play — “a short seated reset for the moment attention has scattered. Not relaxation — a clean break before the next thing.”
Each track names the chakras it works on and how strongly — Third Eye 72%, Sacral 59% — with the dominant one called out.
The soundtrack ducks under the narration and returns in the pauses. Swap the bed for another one, or skip back fifteen seconds when your attention wanders.
Seven guided practices for a specific moment, and eight sound baths to sit inside. Every one carries the chakras it works on, the length, and what it is for.

Every track is analysed rather than tagged by hand. The numbers describe the sound itself, so two meditations of the same length can sit in completely different places.
How loud the track sits overall, in decibels. Low intensity is a track you can leave running underneath your practice.
Where the sound lives in the spectrum. Very low is warm and dark; high is airy and awake.
How much low, settling energy the track carries — the part you feel rather than hear.
The amount of movement and transient energy. Near zero means nothing in the sound will startle you.
How consonant the track is with itself. High coherence is what makes a sound feel resolved instead of restless.
The reading is summarised in plain language — soft, warm, highly harmonic; tonal, soothing, inward — so you can choose without reading numbers.
Meditations ship with fourbodies — alongside Classes, the Asana Catalog, Breathings, Soundscapes and Daily State.
