By downloading or using FourBodies, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The App

FourBodies is a yoga practice system for iOS 17 and above. It provides guided classes, breathing sessions, meditations, somatic state tracking, and related features. The app is developed and operated by FourBodies (referred to as "we" or "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FourBodies. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription and Payment

FourBodies is a premium app available through a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat, as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
  • We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FourBodies only for its intended purpose. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
  • Reproduce or distribute app content without permission.
  • Use the app in any way that could harm others or violate applicable law.

5. Health Disclaimer

FourBodies provides yoga and wellness content for informational and personal practice purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any new physical practice, particularly if you have a pre-existing condition or injury.

We are not liable for any injury or health outcome resulting from use of the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within FourBodies — including classes, text, graphics, animations, and sound — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FourBodies is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
